Welcome !

Hello !!

I am back blogging ! I just thought of this name for the blog cause i feel lost sometimes - like i dont belong somewhere and i have felt that for most of my life, and i was thinking of Life on Mars the tv show and thats how i came up with the name.. and it stuck.. just incase youre wondering how i got that !!

So with that in mind, i thought i better get this done as i have lots of projects on and need to get organised...

Well there has been a lot that has happened lately to say the least - but i'll put it in point form..

* We have two new members to Arty pants ... (Check us here -http://www.artypants.com.au/ )

Welcome to Laura and Kerry. I have known Laura for a few years now, so its great to have her on board at AP and Kerry has been chattin up a storm, so i hope to get to know her better - we can be chatterboxes together! It will be great working with you both!

* I have started my sketch site - which has been really good, as it was something i haev really wanted to do for a while now.. and its going great guns. Welcome to my lovely team of ladies, including : Kerry Snell, Kylie Symons, Jodie Armitage, Kelly Ingram, Grace Keogh, Sue Plumb.

It will be wonderful to work with such a beautiful bunch of ladies. Their work is absolutely amazing and inspiring.


* Raspberry is around, 14 weeks this Tuesday, so we are both excited and nervous but we are trying to take it one day at a time and fingers crossed.


* I have been busy and then flat at work, but it is good, it is the wet season in the building trade so it can be slow from time to time...


* My house I had with a previous partner is sold now and we can both move on finally which is great news for both of us and our new partners. I'd like to say that i wish my ex nothing but the best in his new life and hope he will be happy now it is all sorted.


I personally am really happy with the way the house and settlement has been handled and has all worked out. I can finally start my new life properly with Darrel without having any worries now..


I am definitely getting nesty lately - I am not usually this way so much, but i have been lately - so with this on preggo brains mind, i thought i better get cracking. I went out and brought felt, needles, cotton, hobby fill, and going to attempt to make a felt animal, (omg what have i done?)
and brought some polar fleece and am going to attempt to make a blanket for raspberry -if it works out and if it doesnt - its Buds new blankie - bud is Darrels cat.. Lets just hope it works out !!


Jodie and i are in the process of organising something VERY BIG..... come August, so stay tuned..
